How to return your Analyser to us for Service and Calibration:
if you have a Printer:
- Select your instrument, add to basket
- Add your email address and Checkout
- Instantly receive your FREE returns label by email
- Place your equipment (Analyser only, or whole kit) into a suitable box and secure
- Print and attach your label
- Take the box to your local post office
- We will do the rest, you will receive your equipment back within 3 working days*
If you Do Not have a Printer:
- Select your instrument, add to basket
- Select Royal Mail QR code
- Add your email address and Checkout
- Instantly receive your FREE Return QR code by email
- Place your equipment (Analyser only, or whole kit) into a suitable box and secure
- Take the box to your local post office
- Show your QR code at the post office counter
- We will do the rest, you will receive your equipment back within 3 working days
What's Included:
- testo 310 Standard service and re-calibration.
- Manufacturer Approved Service Centre.
- Certificate of Calibration.
- Any additional repairs not covered by the standard service to be quoted separately.
- UK addresses excludes NI due to increased delivery charges
